During my Xmas break, I had an enjoyable stay at a new hotel in Trabzon. the breakfast was great with a variety of delicious food options. the location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the pool and spa facilities were a much-needed relaxation spot after a tiring day of exploring.
the cleanliness of the rooms were not up to par, and the bathrooms had a strong unpleasant odor.

The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was close to many attractions and shops. I enjoyed the modern facilities and amenities provided in the hotel.
The rooms I had booked were not given to me, which was frustrating. One receptionist was rude and couldn't communicate in English, causing further inconvenience.
